3-Class Pack
Single Class
New to Heartbeat? You belong here.
No Pilates experience is required. For your first visit, arrive 10 minutes early, bring water, and wear comfortable movement clothes. Grip socks are recommended for Reformer classes and are available at the studio. Not sure where to begin? Start with a beginner-friendly Reformer class or Heated Mat Sculpt—we’ll guide you from there.
Welcome to Heartbeat Studio
Heartbeat is a locally owned boutique reformer and heated mat Pilates studio. Our group classes are designed to sculpt strength, deepen connection and help you move with intention. We love the precision of reformer Pilates, the rhythmic burn of barre, and the energy of heated Mat Sculpt. These elements bring rhythm back to movement.
Our classes combine slow, controlled strength with intentional flow. Each class is designed to challenge the body while keeping you connected to breath, alignment, and control.
Expect small movements, deep muscle activation, and a rhythm that keeps you fully present from start to finish.
At Heartbeat Studio, strength starts from within.
Find your rhythm.
With Love,
Heartbeat Studio

Stephanie (Steph) Monge has been a Pilates instructor (reformer and mat) for one year! She's also the founder of IMBODYMNT, a movement and wellness community rooted in body connection, and confidence.
Her coaching style is intentional, supportive, motivational, and unapologetically fun — bringing equal parts strength, good energy, and body awareness to the mat. Expect to move with purpose, challenge yourself, and leave class feeling stronger and more connected to your body.
She loves coffee, books, movies, fashion, and cooking up fun playlists for class!

Reformer
Courtney has been teaching reformer and mat Pilates for several years. She builds classes with intention, always ready to modify exercises for safety and keep the flow of class moving, whether you're brand new to the reformer or years into your practice.
She believes the best classes happen when people feel truly seen, not just coached, and she brings that same attentiveness to every member who walks into the studio.
Fun fact: Courtney is also a certified dog trainer and longtime animal shelter volunteer, so if she's endlessly patient with your form, that's why.

Siwa brings a background rooted in genuinely caring for people to every class she teaches. Before Pilates, she spent years in senior living communities where she supported residents' daily needs and coordinated wellness programs. That experience shapes how she teaches today, with patience, warmth, and a genuine understanding of how movement supports independence and quality of life as we age.
Siwa is currently completing her ACE Personal Training certification with a specialization in Senior Fitness to enhance her Pilates certification. She's especially passionate about helping older adults and first-timers feel confident and welcome on the reformer- no experience necessary, just a willingness to show up.
Fun fact: Siwa is also a flight attendant, so if her cueing voice sounds calm under pressure — it is.

Hi, I’m Yami
My Pilates journey began after having my son. I wanted something more than just going to the gym—I wanted movement that made me feel stronger, more confident, and connected to my body. As my love for Pilates grew, I knew I wanted to share that feeling with other women, which inspired me to become an instructor.
My intention is to create a positive, welcoming atmosphere where every woman feels comfortable. I want us to move with intention, challenge ourselves, have fun, and most importantly, leave every class feeling better than when we walked in.
Whether you’re new to Pilates or already love it, my goal is to motivate you, help you feel confident in your body, and remind you to enjoy the journey.
When I’m not teaching Pilates, I love spending time with my family, cooking, and of course making the perfect Pilates playlist.
Come move with me, feel strong, and have fun along the way!

I’m a certified Pilates instructor with 800+ hours of teaching experience, helping people feel stronger, move with confidence, and feel more at home in their bodies. My approach to movement starts with awareness—using breath, intention, and a little challenge to build strength, improve mobility, and create change from the inside out. And when I’m not helping people feel good in their bodies, I’m encouraging them to bask in beauty or share a little of it with someone else, through flowers as a floral designer. Safe to say, movement and beauty are my passions!
In my classes, you can expect thoughtful cueing, attention to form, good music, encouragement— and probably a little shaking here or there! I want you to leave feeling stronger, more connected to your body, and really, really good. Around the studios, I'm known as the gentle drill sergeant. I'll challenge you to move beyond what you thought was possible while still honouring your boundaries, because that's where confidence begins.

I’ve been teaching fun high-energy workouts for over 15 years. My love language is fitness, I met my husband teaching a fitness class and I’m the mom of two very active kids and one crazy puppy. I keep things fresh by blending strength training, barre, Pilates, and Yoga into my workouts (and I'm currently adding a 200-hour Yoga Certification to the mix!). I’m here to be your biggest cheerleader, keep you motivated, and help you celebrate all the accomplishments along the way.

Hello I'm Jessica:)
I took a leap of faith a few years ago and moved solo from Maryland to Colorado at 20 without knowing a single soul, and I’ve been head-over-heels for mountain life ever since!! I hold a degree in behavioral health and psych and am currently wrapping up my final year of nursing school, but the reformer is where my heart truly lives 🫶🏽 I’ve been teaching high-intensity reformer Pilates for a year now, and coaching has easily become one of the most rewarding parts of my life. Outside the studio, I’m a cat mom of two and a professional side-quester, I'm always traveling, hunting down new coffee spots, or dilly-dallying in the mountains. Life is never dull over here, and I am so excited to bring my high-intensity format to the Heartbeat community! 🤍
Studio Founder
Megan is the owner of Heartbeat Studio in Aurora, Colorado. She founded the studio to be more than a place to work out. It's a welcoming community where people come to get stronger, feel energized, and connect. She brings together movement expertise and business leadership to shape every part of the studio, from class programming and instructor development to the member experience.
Her movement background covers a wide range of training styles. She has completed comprehensive Pilates training, Inferno Hot Pilates training, and FitCore with Peak Pilates, and holds a 200-hour yoga teacher certification. She is also an ACE-certified Personal Trainer and an NASM-certified Group Fitness Instructor. That mix lets her design classes that blend strength, mobility, core control, and cardio for clients at every level.
Her academic background is just as strong. She holds a Bachelor's in Business, a Master's of Science in Computer Science, and a Master's of Science in Management Information Systems, and she is currently a PhD candidate in Computer and Information Sciences. She brings that analytical, systems-minded approach to running Heartbeat Studio: using data to build better schedules, improve the member experience, and grow a studio that lasts.
At Heartbeat, she believes movement should feel challenging, energizing, and joyful, and that a great studio is built on community, consistency, and care.

She's constantly coming up with new sequences and playlist to keep things fresh.
Outside of the studio, you'll find her spending time with parents, pups and plenty of good food, especially sushi!

Classical Mat
GiGi was born and raised in Denver and is now raising her five children in the city she loves. Like many people, her fitness journey has had its ups and downs, but through every season, she has come to believe that movement is essential for strength and longevity.
Her love for Pilates began after a back injury, when intentional movement became an important part of rebuilding her strength. That experience sparked a deeper passion for movement and eventually led her to Lagree, where she became certified in February 2025. Wanting to continue expanding her knowledge and practice, GiGi earned her Classical Pilates certification in May 2026.
GiGi is passionate about creating challenging, and empowering movement that helps people build strength, confidence, and a deeper connection to their bodies.
Expect thoughtful cues, a good challenge, and really good music.
